I was impressed. . and for me, that's saying something. Meeting with Andy McKelvey, the founder and then CEO of Monster.com, in his penthouse apartment in Manhattan, was a thrill and also surprisingly educational. Working with hundreds of CEOs and business leaders across the globe, it's an interesting phenomenon. While they sometime start to look alike, they are all unique as well, and McKelvey was definitely one-of-a-kind.
"There's no such thing as 'succeeded,' in the past tense. We can be 'succeeding,' in the process of success, but we will never reach a place where we have 'succeeded,' because the minute you behave as if you've achieved success, that's the end."
