Biography - Rebecca Heidepriem, Partner and Practice Leader

Rebecca Heidepriem has over 26 years of business experience in sales leadership roles where she drove results through organizational transformation and development, strategic business planning, process and performance optimization and TQM facilitation.  Her executive experience spans large public companies, such as Xerox corporation, DHL express and Cisco Systems, as well as the Public Sector where she served as the Chief information officer for the State of Wisconsin. 

She is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and continued her education at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Business School. Her leadership attributes during her tenure as the CIO for the State of Wisconsin are highlighted in several Government publications, two of which are Public Sector CXO and  Government Technology.

As a partner at Fritz Partners, LLC, she focuses on coaching Sales Executives to better utilize their people, processes and resources to drive greater revenue growth.
